We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course on http://variablz.com/ you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the conditions covered below.Once the payment is made, there is no cancellation of the training, and there won’t be any refund. Please make sure that you’re paying for the right training. We recommend our customers connect with the support team from Variablz before choosing their course. Only in cases of duplicate payment will we refund 98% of the price. The duplicate payment refund request should be raised within seven days from the payment date. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Education Policy
1. Registration and Fee Payment: Each package of the online courses begins with a mandatory registration process, which specifies the prescribed course package for each student. The registration process for a course is completed with the students paid for the specific program. Students should read the terms and conditions before the payment. By paying the course fee, students agree to the terms and conditions of the Variablz. The student has to pay the full fee for a package through the online payments link given. No other payment methods are accepted for the online courses. Payment will not be refunded in any case after the payment. Hence students are encouraged to attend demo classes before the payment is made. Also, the amount cannot be utilized for any other course/training/product/service other than the course/training/product/service registered.
2. Leave Policy: Students should’ve attended a minimum of 70% attendance for the class. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will bring the student to complete the module with flexible timing based on the trainer's availability before the next module.
3. Course Content & Recorded Video Policy: In Variablz, we aim to learn interactively in live classes. We strongly believe that pre-recording/recording video’s let the students inactive in live sessions. Hence we don’t share the course recordings. Also, sharing any Variablz live course content in any other medium is strictly prohibited, and legal action may depend on the students by doing such activities. If students miss any classes, they can attend those classes on the next batch or flexible timing based on the Trainer's availability.
4. Continuous Internal Evaluation: Variablz follows a continuous internal evaluation system. The concept of the Relative Grading procedure is adopted for grading. Letter Grades A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D carrying grade points 10, 9, 8.5, 8.0, 7.5, 7.0, 6.5, 6.0, 5.0 respectively are awarded for all courses other than Project Work for which only Non-Letter Grades namely EXCELLENT, GOOD, FAIR, POOR are awarded. If a student does not offer adequate opportunity for evaluation in a course, reports such as NC (Not cleared) may be awarded.
5. Evaluation Scheme: There will typically be mandatory evaluation components spread over the training for each module in each course. The final Grade is the cumulative average grades of all the assignments provided in training. The course modules have sequence steps, and some of the modules can be activated by completing previous modules and assignments.
6. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA): The CGPA (calculated on a 10-point scale) will be used to describe a student's overall performance in all courses for which LETTER GRADES are awarded.
7. Minimum Academic Requirements: Subject to fulfilling the training Regulations of the Institute, the student will be issued a grade sheet at the end of the training for each module. The minimum academic requirements for completing all the programs require a student to obtain a minimum CGPA of 6.00. Failure to meet the minimum academic requirements will put the student under the purview of the Training Monitoring Board (TMB), which will prescribe a suitable course package for the student and closely monitor his / her progress and academic performance.
8. Project Work: Each student should complete all the classes in the modules to be eligible for the Projects works of that module. If the student's performance falls below the minimum requirements, he/she will be required to register in some courses again with 25% of the course fee in a subsequent batch to improve his / her CGPA before he/she can register for Project Work of the Module. Note: Students understand and agree that the terms and conditions herein are subject to change due to experience.
