- Data completeness means all required data fields and records are available for analysis. In my projects, I checked that mandatory fields like customer ID, date, and amount were not missing. Missing data affected KPIs like revenue and conversion rates. A common challenge was incomplete data from upstream systems. I used null checks and completeness reports to identify gaps. Sometimes we backfilled data from alternate sources. If backfill wasn’t possible, I clearly flagged the impact in reports. This helped stakeholders interpret results correctly.
