First, I would explain the trade-off between data accuracy and data freshness to the stakeholders.
Real-time or very fast reporting sometimes relies on preliminary data that may still change.
I would understand which decisions truly require immediate data versus fully validated data.
In one project, operations needed quick updates, but finance required highly accurate numbers.
So we created two views: a near real-time dashboard and a validated daily report.
The real-time view was labeled as preliminary to set the right expectation.
This allowed teams to act quickly while still relying on accurate numbers for official reporting.
I would also clearly communicate data refresh times and validation steps.
Finally, I would align with stakeholders on a solution that balances speed with acceptable accuracy.
