In my project, we created a separate mobile layout in Power BI instead of just shrinking the desktop version.
We prioritized 4–5 key KPIs at the top because mobile users need quick insights.
We avoided too many visuals on one screen and used vertical scrolling format.
Buttons and filters were designed large enough for touch usage.
We reduced complex tables and used cards and bar charts for better readability.
Load performance was also considered since mobile users may have slower internet.
Overall, the focus is on simplicity, clarity, and quick decision-making on the go.
